Role overview

This future role will help ADCO make client work easier to see, measure, and improve through structured tracking, clean reporting, and practical operating analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain trackers, task logs, and operating summaries.
• Identify workflow gaps, bottlenecks, quality issues, and reporting needs.
• Prepare weekly performance notes and action summaries.
• Support dashboard updates, process cleanup, and operating rhythm improvements.

• Comfortable with numbers, notes, and structured tracking.
• Able to ask practical questions and improve through feedback.
