The Operations Manager helps ADCO turn client needs into organized workflows, supervises quality, coordinates Operations Agents, and keeps reporting clear and consistent.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate client workflow priorities and Operations Agent execution.
  • Review daily production logs, weekly reports, and output quality.
  • Support training, accountability, escalation, and operating rhythm.
  • Help turn client needs into organized workflows and support plans.

Required qualities

  • Highly organized and calm under responsibility.
  • Strong written communication and follow-through.
  • Comfortable managing people, improving systems, and giving feedback.
